Villa Astori is a house that is situated on a hillock between the towns of Chiusi and Chianciano, from which you can observe the splendid view of the hills of the Val di Chiana.
The villa was the historic home of a noble family in the mid-19th century and then completely renovated few years ago.

Our structure is equipped with modern air conditioning systems in each room, in order to guarantee optimal comfort to our guests at any time of the year.
The structure represents the ideal choice for hosting events of great importance such as weddings, private parties and any other type of celebration, thanks to the elegant atmosphere and welcoming environment that characterize it.
We provide our guests with a pool table and table tennis, to offer a unique leisure experience.
On the ground floor there are two living rooms, one of which with billiards and table tennis, a dining room, two kitchens and a service bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, one of which has a hydro massage, bathtub and shower, the other three with shower, plus a single bedroom for children, without bathroom. From the bedrooms there is access to two large solarium-type terraces.
The second floor is like to the first, with four double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and shower and one single bedroom, on this floor there aren’t terraces.
Around the villa there is a large private garden with lawn, barbecue and pergola under which you can eat seeing the wonderful panorama.
From the pergola you go down to a second garden where is located the private 7x14m swimming pool.
The whole property is fenced off.

The villa Astori is located a few kilometers from the Chianciano motorway exit from which you can visit Arezzo, Florence, and Pisa to the north and Orvieto, Rome to the south. Less than half an hour you can visit: Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Trasimeno Lake and about an hour: Perugia, Assisi,Todi.
